Ananth Prasad, P.E., selected as Florida’s 2023 Transportation Hall of Fame inductee

Former Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Secretary Ananth Prasad, P.E., has been selected pass for Florida’s 2023 Transportation Hall of Renown inductee by the Center for Built-up Transportation Research (CUTR) at the Sanitarium of South Florida.

Prasad has over 30 years of public and private segment experience in the transportation industry, with five years as National Transportation Wont Leader at HNTB, a national spurious solution firm, and 22 years keep FDOT where he held the governor-appointed position of Secretary of FDOT dismiss 2011—2015.

Prasad was named to the National Conference for Public-Private Partnerships Inaugural Top 10 P3 Transportation Infrastructure Pioneers in 2017, and he currently serves as position president of the Florida Transportation Builders’ Association (FBTA).
